Great palace. Clean and comfortable. Friendly service. Restaurant with amazing mixture cuisine and of course wine?. If you need people from GreenZ will help you book everything: taxi, scooter, some trip, and kite school. Nice.

The best place to stay in Jambiani. Hight standard of the rooms, cleaned every day, manager always around to answer all your questions.
They have all the tours you can do in Zanzibar, english fluent speaking guides and very comfortable taxi with AC which is pretty important with this temperature in Africa and condition of roads. We were more than satisfied! 10/10 !!!

I spent two weeks in Zanzibar in the GeenZ apartment. This is a brand new place around Jambianii Villas where I ate meals. This is a place in the climate of Africa, especially the terrace with roofing and a beautiful view and grill. There is good air conditioning, great service but the most important advantage is the clean and fragrant bedding, towels and soaps. The rooms and sanitary facilities are very clean. The manager has a lot of suggestions for great spending time, I recommend Blue Safari.

Our apartment was clean and very comfortable. You can see that the property is pretty new. There is no pool, but rooftop terrace was enough for us to lay down on sun-beds and relax with a book.
Beach is just around the corner, many restaurants, as well as kayak, SUP and bike rental. Furthermore, they offer bunch of different tours and activities you can do on the island. I’m sure, we won’t be bored!
Very caring, heedful and competent management and crew as well as comfy apartment made our stay in Jambiani/Zanzibar just perfect. We had amazing time.
We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Beautiful, clean and nice designed Hotel rooms! Just 20 sec. walk to the beach,village and Restaurant. The food at the restaurant is absolutely stunning. Good food and fair prices.
The staff is very attentive, friendly and accommodating.
You can book all Tours to visit the island for fair prices!

Great location and super friendly personel. They are always willing to help out arrange tours for you and make sure the guests can relax. Also organising bbq’s and feels you blend in very quickly. They make an effort to connect with the guests

We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace. In the evening is super cool to hang out there for a drink or just chill.
Breakfast is super tasty- eggs, toasts, pancakes, fruits. Everything that you need in the morning.
Even though it’s in the second line from the ocean, it’s just 20m to reach the beach. There are few places close by where you can also use the pool so we were not missing pool in greenZ. Very good price for the great standards.
