The name of the restaurant was inspired by a sail that covers the restaurant and the rooftop bar. In Swahili it is called shira.

The concept envisages serving meals based on fresh, local ingredients accompanied with a good selection of wines and cocktails, in particular:

Buffet-style breakfast with a-la-cart dishes
Lunch menu with fresh and seasonal ingredients
Daily changing dinner menu

After dinner, you can enjoy a magical sunset view at the rooftop bar.
